BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE HOMELESSNESS AND AFFORDABLE <br />HOUSING COMMITTEE BYLAWS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025- O3'V <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2008-174 combined the Affordable Housing Committee <br />and the Homelessness committee into unified committee to better address <br />the needs of the community; and <br />WHEREAS, the committee approved the development and implementation of previous <br />bylaws in September,2019; and <br />WHEREAS, the committee finds an update of the bylaws to better reflect their mission <br />and committee processes; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 3'd,2025,the committee approved the updated bylaws; and <br />WHEREAS, incorporates the Homelessness and Affordable Housing bylaws by <br />reference and attached hereto; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners, <br />approves and adopts the Homelessness and Affordable Housing bylaws as presented. <br />ADoPTED this 18ft a ay ot klzt,tt&Ha 2025.- <br />-crBOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS <br />KITTITAS C , WASHINGTON <br />Cory Wright, Vice-Chair <br />J A.
