DISCUSSION: <br /> The agreement between the City and County stipulated a completion date of December <br /> 31,2023,to expend awarded funds from the County. Due to the timing of the project bid <br /> and award in 2023,the project did not begin construction until 2024. The City of Roslyn <br /> continued with the project and completed the project on November 15, 2024. <br /> Approximately $8,000 has been paid for this project for design.
