S.5Insurance: The LESSEE shall obtain and maintain in forcc during the term of this agreement a liability insurance policy, which providcs protection for bodily injury (including death) and property damage. Said insurance shall provide coverage by the LESSEE to any employecs or pennittees of the LESSEE and shall namc thc LESSOR as coinsured. Alt policies (except any policies required for workerc' compensation or enors and omissions) and the cerlificates evidencing coverage shall name Lessor and Lessor's Associates as additional insureds. Lessee shall provide for a renewal of all insurance coverage on a timely basis to prevent any lapse in coverage. All certifications of mceting the insurance requirernents of this lease are attached hereto as Exhibit F and incorporated herein by this reference. Thc LESSEE shall provide the LESSOR with a copy of said insurance policy. 8.5.1 Aviation liability insurance that includcs prcmises liability, and, if applicable, rnobile equipment coverage with a cornbined single lirnit for bodily injury and property darnage of not less than one million dollars ($ 1,000,000) per occuffencc, including, but not limited to, contractual liability coverage tbr Lessee's pcrfonnance of the indcmnity Lease set fbrth in Scction tl.l.
