WDFW prohibits the "malicious" harassment of state-listed <br />T/E species. <br />3WDFW permits are required for "body-gripping" traps. <br /> CFR 50, part 2'J,.43 allows for the killing of crows, magpies, select blackbirds, and grackles when <br />they are a health threat. <br />3l December 2024 <br />4-2
