Airport property, facilities and <br />bperationd as those taws, ordinances, rutes, regulations and policies now..exist or <br />niry tr"r"rfter become effective. Consent to assignment by Lessor shall not be <br />construed to be consent to any subsequent assignment. <br />INSURANCE: <br />Lessee shall file with Lessor a certificate of insurance, or other proof of insurance <br />reasonabty acceptable to Lessor, evidencing an in_surance policy covering Kittitas <br />County 6 "n aoditional insured that provides: Comprehensive general.liability <br />insurance coverage in amounts of not less than $1,000,000.00 Combined Single <br />Lirit tor bodily inirw and property damage covering Lessee's occupancy of and <br />activities pertaining to the leased premises. <br />Lessee specifically agrees that insurance limits shall be reviewed at least every <br />five (S) years anUinai Lessor may make reasonable adjustments to the required <br />limits. <br />ASSOCIATlON LEASE PAGE 3
