EXHIB JTB WA„ <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following activities to <br />implementthe STRIVE program for Kittitas Countyyouth: <br />Project Objective: Enhancing Systems and Reducing Stigma <br />Activities: <br />• Hiring and Training a Behavioral Support Specialist <br />• Staff Training on Trauma -Informed Care, Stigma -Reduction and Behavioral Health <br />• Develop stigma reduction program for Clubs and Feeder Schools (Collaborate) <br />■ Implement SMART Moves and Positive Action Curricula <br />• Launch stigma reduction programs throughout Clubs and Feeder Schools <br />■ Ongoing Behavioral Support Services: Individualized trauma -informed care and SEL <br />• Administer Pre -and Post -Program Surveys to Participants <br />■ Community Engagement and Awareness Events and Activities <br />Project Objective: Increasing Prevention and EnhancingAccess to Care and Services <br />Activities: <br />• Hiring and Onboarding the Behavioral Support Specialist <br />• Implementing SMART Moves and Positive Action Programs for SEL and substance abuse <br />prevention. <br />• Screening youth for behavioral health and trauma -related issues. <br />• Training staff in Trauma -Informed Care and Suicide Risk Assessment <br />■ Providing direct behavioral health support and mentoring. <br />• Partnering with local schools to expand access to prevention services <br />• Facilitating group discussions, workshops, booths at events on prevention and mental <br />health <br />Kittitas County Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 15 of 19 <br />
