The timeframes for dispute resolution shall be as detailed above. Any timeframes <br />not described in this proposal will be those set out in the current relevant access agreements. <br />Any timeframe may be extended by written agreement of the parties. <br />I. The parties agree they will abide by the timeframes contained in the Access <br />Agreement and this settlement agreement. The parties may mutually agree to extend any <br />timeframe.
