EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />The Contractor shall perform the following: <br />Attend monthly Developmental Disabilities Advisory Committee (DDAC) <br />meetings to discuss progress of the County Plan for Developmental <br />Disabilities goals, strategies, objectives and activities. <br />• Create and update Gantt charts for the County Plan for Developmental <br />Disabilities. <br />• Produce an annual progress report for the County Plan for Developmental <br />Disabilities. <br />• Update the County Plan for Developmental Disabilities as needed <br />• Create and analyze data to support the biennial plan as requested by <br />DDAC. <br />• Provide capacity building trainings for DDAC, which may include planned, <br />structured activities designed to provide, improve, or enhance program <br />related skill of board and advisory committee members. <br />The Contractor is also bound by the rules of the "Program Agreement between the <br />Department of Social and Health Services and the County for Developmental <br />Disabilities Administration Services" as found in Exhibit C and the "Access Agreement <br />between Washington Protection and Advocacy Systems Inc. the Division of <br />Developmental Disabilities, Department of Social and Health Services" as found in <br />Exhibit D in the performance of all activities and services. <br />Professional Services Agreement <br />Page 13 <br />
