In an effort to continue with the parallel taxiway, the FAA <br />provided approval in the first quarter of a `Pen and Ink' revision to remove the crosswind <br />runway 7/25. In the fourth quarter the FAA rescinded their `Pen and Ink' approval of the <br />Airport Layout Plan update to remove the crosswind runway 7/25.
