Below are the answers to the follow-up <br />questions that were requested: <br />1) Ryan Wales will be in charge of and responsible for all renovations and construction. <br />We will use our general contractors license to hire subcontractors and use our <br />existing crew as appropriate. We have completed projects in this manner numerous <br />times for building out commercialand residential rental spaces. <br />As for startup of the actual bowling alley and restaurant business, we will be hands <br />on for startup and then a general manager with two assistant managers will be put <br />into place to successfully run and operate the business. <br />2) The total budget for this rehabilitation project will be 52,085,000.00. This breaks <br />down into the following categories: <br />a. lnterior of building: lncludes complete remodel of the inside. This includes <br />new bowling lane equipment, flooring, business equiprnent, lighting <br />plumbing electrical, etc. Total budget for this is S1,575,000. <br />b. Building exterior: The exterior of the building will be redone with a new <br />parapet wall to lncrease curb appealfrom University Way. A wainscotting will <br />be added to the bottom three feet of the building and the rest of the <br />cinderblock walls will be covered with stucco. Total budget for this is <br />5285,000 <br />c. Parking lot: The existing parking lots will be either overlayed with new asphalt <br />or seal coated depending on the contractor/s recommendation. Parking lot
