Own and execute all go-live cutover checklist tasks (both for mock go-live and actual go-live) o Prepare for and deliver all end user training Version 9.2 Upgrade HARRIS will work with CLIENT to set up the new V9.2 solution. V9.2 offers a variety of new features and functionality. Key HARRIS Activities: o lnstall the V9.2 solution o New environment will utilize SQL Server as part of the Oracle to SQL Server migration o Configure the V9.2 solution for CLIENT testing o Provide overview training on new features of the V9.2 solution . Upgrade CLIENT Cognos installation (will be done as part of Cognos for SQL installation) o Provide three data refreshes (which also include Oracle to SQL conversions on each refresh) including one for testing, one for mock go live and one for go live Oracle to SQL Server Conversion HARRIS will migrate the solution from the current Oracle database platform to SQL Server as part of this project. Key HARRIS Activities: o lnstall the two staging environments (one for Oracle and one for SQL Server) in addition to the V92 PROD and V92 TEST environments (as outlined in the Environments section of this document) o Develop conversion scripts to migrate from Oracle to SQL Server r Execute three (3) conversions (to double as data refreshes for V9.2) 1. Testing conversion 2. Mock Go Live conversion 3. Go Live conversion o Provide testing support and incident remediation services as described in the Deliverables o HARRIS support for custom database objects (views, tables, stored procedures, functions, etc.) is not included in the scope of this project o HARRIS support for custom-developed (i.e. non-core) Cayenta objects such as reports, interfaces or portal stats is not included in the scope of this project Connect Web Products lmplementation HARRIS will deliver the following web-based Connect products: o Connect Finance o Connect Employee o Connect Manager o Connect Time Entry 6 Coyenta V9 Statement of Work
