Health Check (FMS & HCM) <br />After the go-live, HARRIS and CLIENT will schedule a series of workshops with CLIENT core team <br />members and subject matter experts to examine core business processes with the intention of <br />identifying opportunities for improvement and how the Cayenta solution can contribute to these areas <br />of improvement. <br />Key HARRIS Activities: <br />o Lead the Health Check workshops (onsite) <br />o Document findings from the workshops <br />o Prepare a document outlining targeted improvements that can be made via process and/or <br />configuration changes <br />Key CLIENT Activities <br />o Ensure all required stakeholders attend the onsite sessions <br />o Manage the logistics of the onsite meetings <br />o Contribute to discussions during the Health Check workshops <br />8 Cayento V9 Statement of Work
