D Testing Results <br />Those employees who elect to enroll and participate in the program, and who have achieved a <br />passing score on each semi-annualtest, shall be entitled to receive the fitness incentive pay described <br />below if such employees do not achieve a passing score such employee shall not be eligible to receive <br />any fitness incentive pay until the next succeeding scheduled semi-annual test is conducted. <br />E. Fitness Test Benchmarks - Fitness lncentive Pay <br />MINIMUM TESTING REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible to receive fitness incentive pay, participants <br />nrr.rst pass each of the four following tests: 300-meter run, push-ups, sit-ups, and squat-thrusts. Each <br />participating employee who passes this Physical Ability Test (PAT) shall be entitled to receive fitness <br />incentive pay, paid monthly, in the amount specified in the contract. <br />PHYSICAL ABILITY TEST STANDARDS <br />The KCSO PAT is comprised of four test components. All four components must be completed with a <br />passing score to pass the KCSO PAT. <br />. 300-meter run <br />. Push-ups <br />o Sit-ups <br />o Squat-thrusts <br />Test participants should perform an independent orconducted warm up of 5-10 minutes consisting of <br />a general warmup followed by stretching to include stretches for shoulders, back, and upper and lower <br />legs, The test components should be administered in the following sequence: <br />The 300-meter run shall use a standard track or a marked level course (300 meters = 328 yards = 984 <br />feet). Participants will be instructed to line up at the starting line. Time will begin when the signal to <br />start running is given. The maximum passing time on the 300-meter run is71.49 seconds. <br />The Push-up test shall be administered according to the protocols of the WSCJTC. The test is timed <br />with a maximum limit of 90 seconds. To pass the KCSO PAT the participant must complete 25 <br />successful repetitions within this time. <br />The Sit-up test shall be administered according to the protocols of the WSCJTC. The test is timed with <br />a maximum limit of 90 seconds. To pass the KCSO PAT the participant must complete 25 successful <br />repetitions within this time. <br />The Squat{hrust test shall be administered according to the protocols of the WSCJTC. The test is <br />timed with a maximum limit of 180 seconds. To pass the KCSO PAT the participant must complete 35 <br />successful repetitions within this time. <br />Each participating employee who passes the PAT shall be entitled to receive fitness incentive pay, <br />paid monthly, in an amount specified in Article 25.6 of this agreement. <br />32
