2.1.1.4. A Road Name Application is required for the road serving the joint -use driveway <br />to lots 1-3. <br />2.1.1.5. Easement must show a fire apparatus turnaround at termination or within 150 feet <br />on shared residential driveway. <br />2.1.1.6. All shared residential driveways shall have a maintenance agreement recorded <br />with the final plat approval that specifies consistent maintenance in accordance with <br />the approved plat/plans. <br />2.1.2.Other <br />2.1.2.1. Except as exempted in KCC 14.05.060, no grading or filling upon a site <br />involving more than one hundred (100) cubic yards shall be performed without a <br />grading permit from the County Engineer or Public Works designee. An application <br />for grading in excess of five hundred (500) cubic yards shall be accompanied by an <br />engineered grading plan. <br />2.1.2.2. All plats must show the acceptance signature of the County Engineer. The <br />acceptance block shall be as follows (per KCC 16.24.170): <br />EXAMINED AND APPROVED <br />This day of , A.D., 20 <br />Kittitas County Engineer <br />2.1.2.3. All accesses and roads shall meet the requirements of the International Fire <br />Codes including Appendix D. <br />2.1.2.4. If a gate is to be installed, a permit from the Kittitas County Fire Marshal's <br />Office shall be obtained. <br />3. Survey <br />3.1. Engineer of Record, Sewage Note, Potable Water Note, Existing Locations of Fences and <br />Structures, and Road Surfacing and Width shall be on final plat. <br />3.2. A Title Report shall be submitted and the legal description on the Title Report shall match the <br />legal description on the final plat. <br />3.3. If topographic elements are used on the final plat, they shall meet the requirements of WAC 332- <br />130-145. <br />3.4. The final plat shall meet the requirements of KCC 16.20. <br />4. Water/Sewer <br />4.1.
