KITTITAS G +vTY AIRPORT <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AMENDMENT TO LEASE <br />THIS ADDENDUM TO LEASE is made and dated this day of 2011, <br />by and between Kittitas County, a municipal corporation in the State of Washington, hereinafter <br />referred to as the LESSOR, and CARRERA HANGARS BOWERS FIELD LP, a limited <br />partnership forted in the State of Washington, and hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE. <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, LESSOR and LESSEE entered into a Lease on June 1, 2010, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein; and <br />WHEREAS, LESSEE elected to expand the original hangar so the footprint of the original <br />lease must be amended to reflect this expansion.
