WDFW prohibits the "malicious" harassment of state -listed <br />T/E species. <br />3WDFW permits are required for "body -gripping" traps. <br />4CFR 50, Part 21.43 allows for the killing of crows, magpies, select blackbirds, and grackles when <br />they are a health threat. <br />4-2 <br />31 December 2024 <br />
