Meeting brought to order <br /> a. Quorum established: Dennis Robinson, Bill Dehaven, Katrina Mankus, Pam Tuggle- <br /> Miles, Rich Albo, Clay Myers, Steve Panattoni, Delano Palmer, Bryan Elliott, Jenna Kiser, <br /> Daniel Berkshire, Cody Stoddard, Jason Berthon-Koch, Delano Palmer, Neil Musser, <br /> John Bryant, Brian Schaeffer, Corey Peterson <br /> i. Guests: Sandy Martinez, Sandy Bankston <br /> b. Member introductions <br /> c. Approval of the Minutes: Clay Moved, Delano Second, February Minutes Approved. <br /> 2. Citizen Comments (1 min. time limit) <br /> a. Discussion: None <br /> 3. Old Business: <br /> a. Group Membership Outreach: No updates. <br /> b. Shooting Range Cleanup: Still working it. Will remain on the agenda. <br /> c. Subcommittee of Youth Mentoring and Prevention Update: Meeting 4/05, 8AM at <br /> EHS to discuss planning for school safety. Agencies are encouraged to send <br /> representatives. <br /> d. Kittcom Update: Rich Elliott continues to lead outreach efforts. <br /> 4. New Business: <br /> a. Jails Discussion: Implementing new software that will lead to efficiencies in the field/jail. <br /> The request from the Sheriff is to support this with L&J Council funds. Commander <br /> Panattoni will return next month with a demo of the software and formal funding request. <br /> b. Appointment of New Members: No action needed. Brian Schaeffer and Jenna Kiser <br /> welcomed to the council representing their respective agencies. <br /> c. Youth Program Presentation: Table this to the next month. <br /> 5.
