This policy is not intended to expand or restrict the rights of disclosure or privacy as they exist under state <br />and federal law. (Ord. 2010-01, <br />2010) <br />2.55. 100 Severability. <br />lf any provision of this Chapter or its application to any person or circumstances is held invalid, the remainder <br />of the Chapter or the application of the Chapter to other persons or circumstances shall not be affected. {Ord. <br />201G.01, <br />2010). <br />Chapter 2.55 <br />PUBLIC RECORDS. O1O lm plem entation of Survey Recording Act. <br />The Survey Recording Act is further implemented bythe fixing of the following fees for recording a public record <br />as prescribed by the act as set out in this chapter. (Ord. 99'03 , L999; Res. 73-33, L9731. <br />2.56.020 Record of survey - size, recording material and filing fees. <br />The size of the record of land surveys shall be 18 inches by 24 inches; the survey shall be recorded on mylar or <br />paper and the fee schedule for filing shall be as follows: <br />Basic fee first page <br />s10.00 <br />Each additional page <br />ss.o0 <br />Each additional owner's name <br />$r.oo <br />(Ord. 99-03 , L999; Res. 75-90, L975; Res. 73- 33, 1973).
