9. No new cemeteries. Manufacturing of industriat or household adhesives, glues, cements, or <br />component plr6 thereof, from vegetable, animal or synthetic plastic <br />materials; <br />o. Waste (refuse) recycling and processing; <br />p. On-site and off-siie haiardous waste storage and/or treatment. Off-site <br />materials shall be accepted only from Kittitas county source sites. <br />ln considering the issuance of cond'itional use perm'rts for the foregoing listed uses, the <br />Board shall: <br />q.
