LAUI & JUSTICH GRANT AGRHEIUENT <br />FCIR *O2S GRANT FUND$ <br />BETWEEN <br />Kittitas County and Hope$ouree L&J Behavioral Flealth $*rviees <br />Grant #2S-11 <br />This Contract, elfective January 1,2025, is made and entered into by ancl between Kl"l"lll-A$ <br />COUNTY ("County"), a subdivision of the $tate of Washington, and HOPESOURC[: (Agency). <br />V1/HERHAS, the purpose of this Agreement is to provide an agreement for the award of grant funeis, <br />whieh are used for special projects to fosier cooperation, sharing of resnurces and enlrancenr*nt of the <br />criminaljustice project within Kittitas County, and <br />WHERFAS, on November 5, 2024, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution 2024- <br />'189 awarding the funds. <br />NOW THEREFCIRE, in consideration of the terms and eonditrons contained herein, or attached <br />and incorporated and made a part hereof, the e ounty and ihe Agency rnutually agree as follows: <br />Section 1" Se ope of Work and Pavment" <br />a. As full compensation for the Agency's $ervices, the County agrees to pay Agency the sum of <br />Nineteen Thousand Two Hundred Forty Dollars and Ten Cents ($19,240 10) The Agency is eligihl* <br />to claim reimbursement for the following items and amounts only: <br />Amount Details <br />$1 9,240.10 L&J Behavioral Health $ervices <br />n0 <br />b.
