Roslyn' s Farmers Market- No one present <br /> Easton Memorial Day Celebration- No one present <br /> Jensen Farms- Withdrew <br /> COMMITTEE DELIBERATIONS/FINALIZATION OF FUNDING AND STIPULATIONS <br /> Jessica Karraker noted that she was recused from voting on the <br /> International Lumberjack Show due to a conflict of interest . <br /> Marie Smith noted that she was recused from voting on the <br /> Ellensburg Hall of Fame Application due to conflict of interest . <br /> Shannon O'Malley noted that she was recused from voting on the <br /> Roslyn Ronald Cle Elum Heritage Club due to conflict of <br /> interest . <br /> Victor Woodward noted that he was recused from voting on the <br /> Washington State Horse Park due to a conflict of interest . <br /> Shannon O'Malley makes a motion to disqualify Easton Memorial <br /> Day Celebration and the Roslyn Farmers Market as they were not <br /> present to present their events are requested in the <br /> application. Jessica Karraker seconded the motion. The Motion <br /> passes . <br /> Jessica Karraker makes a motion to disqualify Cle Elum Downtown <br /> Association for not turning in proper documentation. They <br /> submitted a W-9 instead of a Non-Profit. Laura calls for a vote <br /> and the vote does not pass . Steve Townsends makes a motion to <br /> let them provide the proper documentation to be eligible. <br /> Commissioner Osiadacz calls for a vote and the vote passed <br /> unanimously. <br /> Jessica Karraker makes a motion to fully fund each applicant. <br /> Steve Townsend seconded the motion.
