Obtaining such a right is a private mauer between applicant and owner ofthat land. <br />Water Use Efficienry <br />Tlre water right holder is required to maintain efficient water delivery systems and. use of uptodate waler conservation practices consistent <br />with RCW 90.03.005. <br />Ploof of Appropriation <br />The water right holder shali file the notice ofProofofAppropriation ofwater (under which the certifica& ofwater rigbt is issued) when tlrc <br />permanent disbibution system lias been comtructed and &e quantity of water is required by the project has been put to ftll beneficial use. <br />The certificste will refleot the extent of dle project perfected within the limitations of the pemit.
