(Ord. 83-Z-2 (part), 1983: Res. 83-10, 1983) <br />17.04.020 Interpretation. <br />In interpreting and applying the provisions of this title, the county shall be heldto the minimum requirements for the promotion of public health, safety, morals and <br />general welfare; therefore,.when the title imposes a greater restriction upon the use of buildings or premises, or requires larger open spaces than are imposed or required <br />by other laws, resolutions, rules or regulations, the provisions of this title shall control. It shall be the duty of the Community Development Services director or such other persons designated by the county commissioners to administer the provisions of <br />this title. The prosecuting attorney may institute any necessary legal proceedings to enforce the provisions of this title. <br />2. The county sheriff and his authorized representatives shall have the authority to enforce the provisions of this title. (Ord. 2007-22, 2007; Ord. 88-2, 1988: Res. 83-10, <br />1983) <br />17.04.060 Penalty for violation. <br />Anyone violating or failing to comply with any of the provisions of this title shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in a sum of not exceeding three hundred dollars or <br />imprisonment in the county jail for a term not exceeding ninety days, or may be both so fined and imprisoned and each day that anyone shall continue to violate or fail to <br />comply with any of the provisions of this title shall be considered a separate offense.
