c. <br />D <br />The parties shall establish collective bargaining sessions to commence thereafter on a mutually <br />acceptable basis; and, <br />lf the parties are unable to reach a mutually acceptable collective bargaining agreement through <br />normal bargaining sessions, then and in that event, either party may proceed to mediation in <br />accordance with the statutory provisions'
