Personal Holidays must be used by December 31't or lost. Employees are <br />not eligible for a Personal Holiday during the probationary period. Personal Holidays must be <br />taken as a full day off. <br />Any employee required to work on a paid holiday shall be compensated at the rate of one and <br />one-half (1 %) times the normal rate, in addition to the holiday pay the employee would be <br />entitled to if no work was performed. <br />lf December 24falls on a regular working day Monday through Thursday, the employees will <br />cease work at noon. lf December 24 falls on a Friday, it will be the observed Christmas holiday <br />with no additional half day closure; nor will there be a half day closure if December 24 occurs on <br />Saturday or Sunday. <br />Holidays falling within a four (4) day, ten (10) hour work schedule will be granted at ten (10) <br />hours with the exception of personal holidays. <br />ARTICLE 12 - PAI TIME OFF IPTOI <br />Accrual: Paid Time Off (PTO) for regular employees shall accrue monthly at a rate in accordance <br />with the following schedule: <br />Years of Service Hours/Month Hours/Year <br />0 months to 12 months of service 78.667 224 <br />At the beginning of the employee's 2nd year of <br />service <br />22 264 <br />At the beginning of employee's 5th year of service 23.667 284 <br />L2
