2658 - Appraisers Union <br />ARTICLE XIX - WAGES <br />19.1 Wages paid to employees of the bargaining unit are set forth in the salary schedule, which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated by this reference as "APPENDIX C." <br />A Effective January !,2025, the Union will adopt the AFSCME wage matrix as outlined in <br />Appendix C. <br />Effective January 'J.,2026, all wage scales will be increased by 6%, or tO)% of the change <br />in the CPI-W West Region, Size Class B/C when comparing the month of June of 2025 to <br />June of 2024, whichever is lower, with a minimum increase of 3%. <br />Effective January 1,2027, all wage scales will be increased by 6%, or IO0% of the change <br />in the CPI-W West Region, Size Class g/C when comparing the month of June of 20261o <br />June of 2025, whichever is lower, with a minimum increase of 3%. <br />79.2 Travel Expense: The parties agree that the County Travel policies for seminars and training <br />courses shall be applied to employees of the bargaining unit in accordance with the current <br />County travel policies. The parties agree that the bargaining unit members have no claim for <br />past or future expense for lunches or meals except as provided in the County travel policies for <br />seminars and training courses. <br />ARTICLE XX - SPECIAL PENSATION PROVISIONS <br />20.! Workwear Allowance: On January 1 of each year of this agreement the Employer will provide <br />employees a boot/clothing/equipment allowance of S350 for the replacement of boots, clothing <br />and/or personal equipment used in the performance of their jobs. Employees shall be allowed <br />to roll any unused allowance to the next calendar year for a total of $700; remaining dollars may <br />not be carried forward beyond the next calendar year. <br />20.2 Longevitv Pav: Longevity pay, in addition to wages, will be paid according to the following <br />schedule; <br />length of service {years completed}Longevity per month <br />At 8 years of employment $zo <br />At 12 years of employment sloo <br />At 16 years of employment s140 <br />20.2.1 Effective January !'t,2026, the longevity scale in effect will be increased by 6%, or tOO% <br />of the change in the CPI-W West Region, Size Class B/C when comparing the month of <br />June of 2025 to June of 2024,whichever is lower, with a minimum increase of 3%. <br />B. <br />c. <br />18
