L8 <br />E.W.M., and 0.308 cubic feet per second, 63.73 acre-feet per year, instream in a <br />secondary reach beginning at River Mile 153.8 on the Yakima River within the <br />SE%SW1% of Section 3, T. 17N., R. 18 E.W.M., and continuing downstream along the <br />Yakima River to the Yakima Canyon within Kittitas County at River Mile 127 within <br />the SE%NW% of Section 33, T. 15N., R. 1"9 E.W.M. This instream flow and mitigation <br />right was established in Change Authorization C54-83598-J (KITT 22-O3l and was <br />historically appurtenant to real property situated in the County of Kittitas, State of <br />Washington.
