The visitors activities have the highest population <br /> participation rate per RCO survey results. <br /> The Capital investment will quickly fund to completion the Yakima River Access trail from Hansen Pit to Stalder Trail <br /> access as detailed in the attached plan. <br /> The funding will resolve the historic public trespass over BNSF railroad tracks to access Hansen Pits. <br /> Agreement with BLM for the management of Kittitas County lands can be exchanged for a simple BLA at the retired <br /> Yakima River RV park to relocate Ring Road North Access. <br /> 2025-2030 is the time to make a Capital investment in Kittitas County Recreation to protect public access to OUR RIVER <br /> for future generations. . <br /> Thank you <br /> Pat Kelleher <br /> 1 <br />
