General Authorization and Ratification. The Secretary to the Board, the <br />president of the goutilh; Dirtri"t\ E*ecutive Director of Finance and Operations and other <br />appropriate offrcers of ihe District are authorized to take all other actions and execute all other <br />documents necessary to effectuate the provisions of this resolution. All prior actions taken in <br />furtherance of and not inconsistent with the provisions of this resolution are ratified and confirmed in <br />all respects. <br />Section 6. Effective Date.
