KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />December 17, 2024 <br />Request to Approve a Resolution to Award the Bid <br />to furnish Fuel for Calendar Year 2025. <br />BACKGROUND: Annually, Kittitas County Public Works goes out to <br />bid for the furnishing of Petroleum and Lubricant <br />Products in accordance with specifications. <br />For Calendar Year 2025, Public Works only <br />solicited for the furnishing of Fuel and will utilize <br />the Washington State Department of Transportation <br />Contract for Lubricant Products. <br />Bids were opened on December 5, 2024, at 2:00 <br />p.m. in the Public Works Department and two (2) <br />bids were received, with one (1) bid deemed <br />incomplete. Public Works recommends awarding <br />the bid for Schedule "A" and Schedule `B" to A-1 <br />Petroleum. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works <br />RECOMMENDATION: Move to approve Resolution to Award the Bid to <br />furnish Fuel for Calendar Year 2025. <br />HANDLING: Return one (1) original to Public Works <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution; Bid Tab <br />LEAD STAFF: Cameron Curtis, County Engineer <br />
