Solid Waste Project Updates Patti informed the Board that the new Transfer Station Project has <br />begun and that she will be talking with Waste Management about a contract extension for the <br />new facility moving forward. <br />Maintenance Updates Patti informed the Board that the North Parking Lot is open. Discussion <br />was held on non -electric vehicles parking in the charging station spots and contacting the city <br />police if it becomes an issue because it is a violation. Patti informed the Board that Maintenance <br />is working on the drain in IT and that they are having HVAC issues in the control room. Patti <br />informed the Board that she met Josh at the Airport for a walk through of Center fuse. <br />Discussion was held whether it would be considered as a general fund building or airport/public <br />works building for tracking and funding of the maintenance of it. A brief discussion was held on <br />Public Works charging departments a 15% overhead fee. <br />Discussion/Approval for a PSA with A -Central for Treasurers and Assessors Wing Repairs <br />Patti informed the Board that the PSA in the amount of $18,000.00 was to repair the ceiling in <br />the Assessor and Treasurer office and that they could start on November 12t". Chairman <br />Osiadacz moved to approve; Commissioner Wright seconded the motion. Motion passes 3-0. <br />Other Business — No Action to be taken Patti informed the Board that she would be bringing <br />forward a change order to the regular agenda to add the admin building to the new Transfer <br />Station project. Discussion was held on the Morris Sorenson Building, the Berry's Building and <br />the Airport property.
