KITTITAS COUNTY <br />PUBLIC WORKS/COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 109 <br />Regular Meeting <br />MONDAY <br />1:30 PM <br />November 25, 2024 <br />Board members present: Vice Chairman Laura Osiadacz and Commissioner <br />Cory Wright. <br />Others: Arden Thomas, Sally Kraft, Public Works; Chad Bala, Jessica <br />Miller, Jamey Ayling, Community Development Services. <br />At 1:32PM Vice Chairman Laura Osiadacz opened the Public Works and <br />Community Development Services Study Session. <br />There were no members of the community present. <br />PUBLIC WORKS <br />REQUEST TO APPROVE AN ECOLOGY COST -REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT FOR <br />KITTITAS COUNTY WATER BANK PERMIT <br />Arden Thomas requested direction to enter into a Cost -Reimbursement <br />Agreement with Department of Ecology and to enter into a Cost -Share <br />Agreement with Mr. Jansen, who owns many of the parcels of interest. <br />The goal is to be able to serve more properties in the Kittitas <br />County Water Bank with the OTC program. The amounts within each <br />contract are within the spending amounts delegated to Public Works. <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SERVICES <br />REQUEST TO REVIEW THE REMAINING 2024 ANNUAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ITEMS <br />(DOCKET ITEM #IS 2024-11 THROUGH 13) <br />Jamey Ayling presented an update on the status of Docket Items still <br />in process.
