This application is requesting multiple <br />domestic indoor use for up to 134 connections — 275 GPD (.092 CUx134 ac/yr) continuous use and 25 <br />GPD (.034 CU x 134 ac/yr) seasonal use. Proposed number of irrigated acres is .011 x 134. <br />Appropriation will be from Trust Water Rights held by Ecology in which Kittitas County holds a <br />beneficial interest: Williams (CS4-01533sbl la), Amerivest (CS4-01968sbl la), Roth-Clennon <br />(CS4-0167sb5d@2), Schnebly (CS4-02064sb10 84524, CS4-01049sb10 85098), as well as other <br />trust water rights managed by the County. The requested permit coverage is for places of use that <br />are within the green zone for these m trust water rights. Mitigation certificates could be Package A <br />(0.092 AF/YR CU) or Package B (0.126 A CU) AF/YR based on individual parcel access to an <br />irrigation district. The 98 parcels in sections 15,16, and 22 TWP 18, RGE 17 are proposed to <br />connect to multiple Group B water systems. This project is in Water Resource Inventory Area <br />(WRIA) 39 in Kittitas County. <br />Ecology has approved Kittitas County's request to process this application through Cost Reimbursement <br />under a Phase 1 agreement. The Applicant has selected Aspect Consulting from Ecology's pre -approved <br />cost reimbursement consultant list. As part of this agreement, Ecology will provide technical assistance <br />and document review services to Kittitas County and its consultant, Aspect Consulting.
