{. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />Resolution No.2023 ' 057 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN AMENDMENT OF'THE LINDSEY LEASE <br />EXECUTED OCTOBER 16,2018 TO REFLECT THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE LEASE <br />TO CHRIS PRATZ <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Code (KCC) 2.81.060(4) requires that all leases of realproperty be <br />approved by the Board of County Commissioners (Board); and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners and Kenneth H. and Leslie H. Lindsey <br />previously executed a lease on October 16, 2018, for the lease of real property located at the <br />Bowers Field Airport on lot H-36;and <br />WHEREAS: The Lindsey's have sold their private aircraft hangar located on the real property <br />leased at the Bower's Field Airport situated on lot H-36 to Chris Pratz; and <br />WHEREAS: The Parties desire to amend the lease to reflect the assignrnent of the Lindsey <br />lease to Chris Pratz for the remainder of said lease. <br />NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners hereby authorizes the execution of the lease amendment <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference to assign the Lindsey lease to Chris <br />Pratz for lot H-36 at Bower's Field Airport. <br />ADoPTED rlris$n d^y frA'il zozt.' t BoARD oF couNTY coMfvllssloNgns <br />KITTITAS NTY, WASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />ABSENT <br />Commissioner <br />llil <br />of the ruly the Board
