EXHIBIT ''A'' <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />Proposal: lnstall eight new Vicon Cameras for the Public Works Building. <br />Site address: 411 N Ruby Street, Ellensburg WA 98926 <br />Scope of Work: AEU proposes to install eight new Vicon cameras at the Kittitas County <br />Public Works Building. This proposal is based on AEU system evaluation and information <br />furnished by you. <br />lnclusions: <br />1. Provide 8 new cameras for the following locations. <br />a. lnstall one dome camera at Northeast inside entrance looking South <br />b. lnstall one dome camera at Southeast inside entrance looking North <br />c. lnstall a dome camera looking at each desk area, South and North in the <br />main entrance hallway. <br />d. lnstall one dome camera on outside Southwest employee entrance. <br />e. lnstall one dome camera on outside of Northwest employee entrance. <br />f. lnstall one dome camera out$ide, Northeast looking at North parking lot. <br />g. lnstall one dome camera on soffit looking South down sidewalk. <br />i. This includes new Cables to the existing patch panel, patch cables <br />to the camera switch and labeling the patch panelwith the correct <br />camera number. <br />2. Programming new lP addresses into the new cameras. <br />3. Aim and adjust new cameras as necessary. <br />.$44,655.00 <br />Alternate Price #1 <br />lnclusions <br />1. Provide and lnstall 1 additional <br />a. This includes new cables to the existing patch panel, patch cables to <br />the camera switch and labeling the patch panelwith the correct <br />camera number <br />2. Program new lP address into the new cameras. <br />3. Aim and adjust new cameras as necessary. <br />Note: this cost is based upon this additionalwork completed along with the 8 new <br />cameras installation. lf it is to be performed at a separate time, there will additional <br />costs. <br />COST $5,720.00 <br />Glarifications.
