Honored veterans always travel free of charge, due to donations. The <br /> program honors veterans of any service era who are critically ill, Korean War,Vietnam War, Word War <br /> II. There are two flights per year. Veterans are encouraged to apply. They are also in need of guardians. <br /> Guardians pay for themselves and will be assigned one or a few veterans depending on the veterans' <br /> needs. Ms. Wilkinson left applications with the group and encouraged applications. <br /> Voter Registration <br /> Bryan Elliott reminded the group about voter registration and encouraged everyone to make sure those <br /> who may not be registered to get registered to vote. Mr.Elliott handed out registrations and reminded <br /> them if they don't hand them all out to bring them back. <br /> Operation Green Light <br /> Operation Green Light is the week before leading up to Veterans Day. It is a symbol to show support for <br /> veterans by lighting our buildings green.
