9 <br />10 <br />Smoking (including vaping) is allowed only in designated areas and never in the <br />shelter building. Cigarette butts must be put in the can provided. No smoking <br />after 10:00 p.m. <br />Lights out is at 10:00 p.m. Guests may choose to retire earlier but must <br />tolerate light and noise in the building until everyone else retires for the night <br />tL. Men and women will sleep in separate, designated areas <br />Guests will arise in the morning by 7:00 a.m. and roll up their sleeping bags <br />and mats. At this time, they may go to the food distribution area and get a <br />breakfast meal from staff or a volunteer. <br />T2 <br />13 <br />15 <br />Mats and bags must be turned back in to a volunteer in exchange for the <br />guest's personal belongings that were stored. <br />14. Please respect and honor the host's property. We are their guest. Each will be <br />expected to do their part in the morning general clean-up duties. <br />Guests not abiding by these guidelines will be asked to leave for the night and <br />may be barred from using the shelter for a specified period. Persistent non- <br />compliance will result in permanent expulsion from the shelter. <br />16. Each time a guest signs the roster when arriving at the shelter they agree to <br />these guidelines. <br />Failure to leave when asked by shelter monitors or for any other serious issue may <br />result in a callto local law enforcement. <br />By signing below, I certify that I am at least 18 years of age and agree to abide by <br />the guidelines as outlined above. <br />3 <br />Guest signature Guest (print name) Date
