Section 5. Corrections. Upon the approval of the City Attorney , the City Clerk and the codifiers of this ordinance are authorized to make necessaiy corrections to this ordinance including , but not limited to, the con-ection of scrivener 's/clerical errors , references , ordinance numbering , section/subsection numbers and any references thereto. Section 6. Effective Date. This ordinance , being an exercise of a power specifically delegated to the City legislative body, is not subject to referendum, and shall take effect five (5) days after passage and publication of the ordinance or a summary thereof consisting of the title. The foregoing ordinance was passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 18 th day of November 2024.
