EXHIBIT "B" <br /> <br /> COMPENSATION <br /> <br />Compensation is $170,000, paid to City as reimbursement for its improvements to the City Park / <br />Skate Park facility, as reflected in an invoice to the County for same, and including backup <br />documentation to substantiate costs incurred. <br /> <br />City shall provide IRS W-9 Form prior to County’s release of contracted award payment(s). <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
