BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2024 - <br />AMENDING KITTITAS COUNTY CODE CHAPTER 2.04 REGARDING THE KITTITAS <br />COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONER'S REGULARLY SCHEDULED KITTITAS COUNTY <br />COMMUNITY DEVELOPMET SERVICES DEPARTMENT STUDY SESSIONS <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County Code Section 2.04.010 establishes the official, regularly scheduled study <br />session times of the Board of County Commissioners; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners, during their regularly scheduled Agenda Session <br />on December 3'd, 2024, discussed allowing Kittitas County Community Development <br />Services to hold its regularly scheduled study sessions independently of Kittitas County <br />Department of Public Works Study Sessions; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners determined it is in the best interest of the public <br />and staff to update Kittitas County Code Section 2.04.010 to reflect the amendment to the <br />regularly scheduled study sessions; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED that the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners, <br />after due deliberation and in the best interest of the public, does hereby allow Kittitas <br />County Community Development Services to hold its study sessions independently of <br />Kittitas County Department of Public Works Study Sessions on the 2" and 4' Monday of <br />the month, at 2:30 pm. <br />BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED Kittitas County Code 2.04.010 is hereby amended.
