An initial Task Order was entered into <br />with Consor in 2023 and then amended in November 2023. This first amendment was a <br />no -cost amendment. <br />The focus groups offered valuable feedback, and it was determined to increase the <br />number of phone surveys to better understand voter sentiment. In addition, Consor <br />procured services to distribute outreach material specifically informational postcard. This <br />was not included in the original scope of services.
