11/05/2024 MINUTES 4 <br /> <br />Public Health Department and Central Washington Disability Resources, in <br />the amount of $101,700.00 to provide a county-wide school to work <br />program for transition students with intellectual/developmental <br />disabilities from school age to adult services through employment and <br />connecting students to the necessary resources for success, from August <br />1, 2024, through March 31, 2025. <br /> AGREEMENT DSHS – STW PROGRAM DEVELOPMENT PUBLIC HEALTH <br />Approve and authorize the Public Health Director to sign a County <br />Program Agreement between the State of Washington Department of Social <br />and Health Services, and Kittitas County, in the amount of $101,700.00, <br />for the STW Program Development, from August 1, 2024, through March 31, <br />2025. <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE LOCAL HOMELESS HOUSING PLAN PUBLIC HEALTH <br />Approve a Public Notice to Initiate the Development of the 2025-2030 <br />Local Homeless Housing Plan, aimed at addressing homelessness in the <br />community, to include goals, strategies, activities, performance <br />measures, and timelines to estimate homelessness within Kittitas County, <br />and to authorize the Clerk to publish said notice. <br /> AGREEMENT ELLENSBURG FAMILY MEDICINE SHERIFF <br />Approve a Modification to the Professional Service Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and Ellensburg Family Medicine, DBA Compass Director for <br />services at the Kittitas County Jail. <br /> AGREEMENT SUMMIT FOOD SERVICE, LLC SHERIFF <br />Acknowledge an Amendment to the Professional Services Operating <br />Agreement between Kittitas County and Summit Food Service, LLC, <br />beginning January 21, 2025, through January 21, 2026, to provide <br />management and operation of the food service program at the Kittitas <br />County Jail. <br /> RESOLUTION 2024-191 CITY OF ROSLYN SHERIFF <br />Approve Resolution No. 2024-191, Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement <br />between the City of Roslyn and Kittitas County, for the Housing of <br />Inmates from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027. <br /> RESOLUTION 2024-192 CITY OF CLE ELUM SHERIFF <br />Approve Resolution No. 2024-192, Authorizing an Interlocal Agreement <br />between the City of Cle Elum and Kittitas County, for the Housing of <br />Inmates from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2027. <br />
