<br />vetcralrs status, the presencc of any sensory, ncntal or physical handicap. or any othcr ba.sis
<br />prohibited by law ',vith respect to any program participa{ion, employmcnt upgrading, demotion,
<br />tran.st-er, rcct'uitntetrt or selection for training, inc.luding apprenticcships and voluntecrs. This

<br />party may tcmrinate the contract. In the cvcnt ol such a termination, the nt;ncielautting party shall
