Ecology records <br /> disclosure often includes GIS mapping of water rights bounds. Unless a marked difference is <br /> identified in the mapping between Ecology's record and the Seller's records, Aspect will rely on <br /> Ecology's interpretation of the legal description for the purpose of our analysis. The County may <br /> request manual re-mapping of all water right attributes per the legal description for an additional <br /> cost. <br /> Aspect envisions no more than four coordination meetings necessary between Ecology and the <br /> County, along with regular email check-ins on project status. <br /> Project Schedule: Aspect anticipates completing the project by December, 2025.
