9. AMENDMENTS <br /> Proposed amendments to the By-Laws shall be provided to all HAHC members no later <br /> than 10 days in advance of the meeting at which the proposed amendment will be <br /> considered. For the purpose of taking action on any proposed amendment to the By- <br /> Laws a quorum must be present. The By-Laws shall be reviewed by the committee at a <br /> regular meeting once every two years. <br /> 10.
