Public Notice Kittitas County, Ellensburg WA KITTITAS COUNTY — SUPPLY 40' X 16' STEEL MODULAR BRIDGE KITTITAS COUNTY ELLENSBURG, WASHINGTON Sealed bids will be received by Kittitas County Public Works, at the reception desk located at 411 North Ruby Street, Suite 1, Ellensburg, Washington until 10:00 AM on Thursday, December 5, 2024, and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the Supply 40' x 16' Steel Modular Bridge. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, or surety bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid proposal. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory performance and payment bonds within the time stated in the specifications, the bid proposal deposit shall be forfeited to the Kittitas County Public Works. The right is reserved to reject any and all bids and to waiver informalities in the bidding.
