Annexation <br />Community Development Services proposes to update its zoning map to reflect approved annexations <br />that have been passed by the City of Ellensburg in 2024. Additionally the land use tables in the County's <br />Comp Plan will be updated to reflect these annexations. <br />Through Ord 4941 parcels 166133, 118133, 118836, 278836, 108836, 288133, 850836, 278133, 919333, <br />and 639333 were annexed into the City of Ellensburg on May 6, 2024. These parcels were given a zoning <br />designation of Light Industrial. The annexation request was made by the property owners, using the <br />direct petition method of RCW 35A.14.120. The parcels are located on the south side of Dolarway road. <br />Before After <br />
