Docket Item 2024-03 — This item was proposed by KCCDS staff to update its land use and <br />zoning maps to reflect approved annexations that have been passed by the City of Ellensburg in <br />2024. <br />4. Docket Item 2024-04 — Kittitas County Auditors Department proposes to update Kittitas County <br />Code 2.56, 14, & 12, & 16 allowing surveys to be submitted and recorded on paper instead of <br />mylars. <br />5. Docket Item 2024-OS — This item was proposed by KCCDS staff to add a definition for <br />Agritourism consistent with the RCW 4.24.830. This will allow for future discussion of an <br />Agricultural Tourism Overlay Zone and associated uses. <br />6. Docket Item 2024-06 — This item was proposed by Kittitas County's Short Terns Rental <br />Committee to establish a definition for Short Term Rental. This will allow for future discussion <br />and development of requirements for short-term rentals. <br />7. Docket Item 2024-07 — This item was proposed by KCCDS staff regarding parcels that contain <br />split zoning of Forest and Range 20 and Agricultural-5 zoning that is also within the City of <br />Kittitas urban growth area. KCCDS has had furtherdiscussion with the City of Kittitas, Periodicpdate, therefore KCCDSowin <br />staff <br />address this issue during their pre ensryplan <br />proposes to withdraw Docket 2024� 7. <br />8. Docket Item 2024-08 — This item was Proposed by KCCDS staff. This item is proposing to <br />amend the building code (KCC 14) creating an easier process for future updates due to WA State <br />Code Amendments that occur. <br />9. Docket Item 2024-09 — This item was proposed by Kittitas County Department of Public Works. <br />This item proposes clarifications of private road standards regarding Private road certifications, <br />private road design standards (Table 12.04.04-1), description of civil review processes, removal <br />of an unnecessary turnaround requirement, including code language to be consistent with Ord <br />2022-017, 2022 Article VII. Driveway Access, and mylar submittal requirements. <br />10.
