Task 21: Draft Climate Element with Resiliency sub -element <br />This task includes development of new draft climate element and resiliency sub -element. <br />• Create new Comprehensive Plan Climate Element with Resiliency Sub -Element. <br />• Ensure new and revised policies cross-reference other comprehensive plan elements. <br />Deliverable: <br />Draft Climate Element meeting the requirements of HB 1181 <br />Assumptions: <br />• Includes two rounds of review and edit. <br />• Work on this draft will be incorporated into the overall Draft Comprehensive Plan from Task <br />9 and will be synced with the process to develop policies under those Comprehensive Plan <br />Elements. <br />Task 22: Final Climate Element with Resiliency Sub -elements <br />This task includes development of new final climate element and resiliency sub -element. <br />• Respond to comments on Draft Climate Element <br />• Update Comprehensive Plan Climate Element with Resiliency Sub -Element element and <br />policies based on public comments and feedback from the county. <br />Deliverable: <br />• New Climate Element meeting the requirements of HB 1181. <br />• Create implementation plan for policies to help focus future action on new policies. <br />Assumptions: <br />Includes two rounds of review and edit. <br />Work on this draft will be incorporated into the overall Final Comprehensive Plan from Task <br />12. <br />13 <br />
