COMMISSIONER PEARSON moved to recommend approval of 2024-06 with <br /> the understanding that there needs to be a broader discussion <br /> and a lot more work to be done before any of this work is <br /> finaled. <br /> COMMISSIONER PEARSON amended his motion to include the <br /> recommendation to adopt of RCW 64 . 37 . 010 (1 through 11) as a <br /> definition, with the understanding that we would like to <br /> emphasize that there be a lot more work, public comment, and <br /> discussion regarding the regulations to follow and clarification <br /> of the definition. COMMISSIONER TAYLOR seconded. <br /> COMMISSIONER DENEEN requested to amend the motion to include <br /> added language that will say that KCC 17 . 15 use table has no <br /> permitted conditional administrative uses allowed for short-term <br /> rentals . COMMISSIONER PEARSON accepted the amendment and added <br /> language . COMMISSIONER TAYLOR seconded the amendment . This item <br /> is regarding parcels that contain split zoning of Forest and <br /> Range 20 and Agricultural-5 zoning that is also within the City <br /> of Kittitas urban growth area. KCCDS has had further discussion <br /> with the City of Kittitas, who will address the issue during <br /> their comprehensive plan periodic update, therefore KCCDS staff <br /> proposes to withdraw Docket Item 2024-07 .
